3) The responsibility to promote the company’s services to existing and prospective customers. External relations are therefore an important part of their activities.

4) Planning purchases in order to promote fiscal balances and continuous flow of the analysis. The Administration Department shall ensure to maintain a healthy pace of the payment for receivable accounts. The later in order to consolidate expenditure necessary for proper functioning of the company.

5) Finally, the Administration Department's mission is to find necessary liquidity for further studies and research planned in the medium and long term.
