SolarTech’s Department of Administration mission is to get involved in all three aspects of the mission:
1) To ensure laboratory’s optimal working conditions in order to increase efficiency. A strong structure, built with thoughtful systems, allows working relations propitious to performance. In these conditions, SolarTech’s customers can congratulate oneself while using the services of a solid, reliable and financially viable laboratory.
2) To follow analysis evolution and inform customers about their progress. The best marketing factor that our firm can offer is to give a very high quality service. Customer satisfaction speaks for the company.
3) The responsibility to promote the company’s services to existing and prospective customers. External relations are therefore an important part of their activities.
4) Planning purchases in order to promote fiscal balances and continuous flow of the analysis. The Administration Department shall ensure to maintain a healthy pace of the payment for receivable accounts. The later in order to consolidate expenditure necessary for proper functioning of the company.
5) Finally, the Administration Department's mission is to find necessary liquidity for further studies and research planned in the medium and long term. Drawing up and control of budgets likewise search for new sources of financing revealed activities related to these two aspects of the company’s mission.
